I had a great talk, this time at Mindstone, NYC on one of my favorite subjects: AI Computer vision. As many before me, I’ve spent a fair amount of time digging into and working on various applications of CV and the miraculous breakthroughs in the last few years with autonomous systems, vision based machine intelligence and multi-modality have been nothing short of shocking.

All signs indicate that we are at the tip of the iceberg in this world as vision continues to integrate further and further with natural language processing systems to turn the phrase “a picture is worth 1000 words” to a “a picture is worth 1,000,000 tokens”!

I’m excited to see how the field, especially in its application to robotics and other areas burgeons, and am happy to share some of my research work and insights with who those are embarking further upon this AI Renaissance. And of course to underscore it always, the ship must set forth in an ethical manner.

Please do enjoy and please follow Mindstone for other great talks!
